    Absolutely. All our timber frames are built to the latest AS 1684 Australian Standard (the Timber Framing Code), and we ensure full compliance with the National Construction Code (NCC) and Building Code of Australia (BCA) requirements.   • Can you provide custom framing for unique designs or high ceilings?
    Yes ‒ custom and high-ceiling frames are part of our expertise. By using stick-built methods we can easily adjust the frame on-site to suit unique roof heights or architectural features.
  • How to turn visitors into contributors
    All our crews follow strict Work Health & Safety (WHS) protocols on site. We use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times – for example, impact-resistant gloves and safety glasses when using power tools.we maintain equipment safeguards as recommended by WorkSafe Victoria. Our team is trained in safe carpentry practices (correct use of nail guns, securing exposed nails, maintaining working surfaces, etc.) and we conduct regular safety briefings.   • Do you offer a warranty or guarantee on your work?
    Yes. All our work is covered by the statutory warranties and consumer guarantees under the Domestic Building Contracts Act 1995 and the Australian Consumer Law. We complete all framing work using suitable new materials and in a proper, workmanlike manner — as required by law. In Victoria, you are protected against structural defects for up to 10 years from completion under the Building Act 1993. We fully stand by the quality of our workmanship and are committed to resolving any issues promptly, in line with our legal obligations.
  • Does Nextgen Carpenters do full house builds or only framing?
    We focus exclusively on structural framing and related carpentry stages – not full project builds. Our scope is the home’s skeleton ( and fix-out carpentry), working under the builderʼs contract. In other words, we do framing only for single-dwelling projects.
